FBEC 2021 Annual Meeting Canceled Due to COVID-19
The annual meeting of Fort Belknap Electric Cooperative, Inc., scheduled for October 9, 2021 has been canceled. The annual meeting, held continuously for the last 80 years, is historically attended by well in excess of 250 cooperative members, the majority of which are of an average age well above 60. The health, safety and well-being of Fort Belknap Electric Cooperative members, employees and their families, and the public is our number one priority. After detailed study and review of the totality of the crisis circumstances, and out of due concern for the health and safety of its membership, especially the most senior members and customers and their families, the Board of Directors of Fort Belknap Electric Cooperative, Inc., decided to cancel the Cooperative annual meeting for this year. The Board of Directors deliberated on this subject for some time before coming to the conclusion that the meeting was not worth the potential health risks to our members, friends and families.
FBEC 2021 Director Election to be Held by Mail Ballot

As in past years, the mail ballot will be included with the October 2021 issue of the Texas Coop Power magazine. Although the 2021 annual meeting of FBEC has been canceled due to the health issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, please let us hear from you by exercising your right to vote for your directors.
